On October 26, 2024, Parenthrive hosted a delightful Children’s Day celebration, bringing together kids and parents for an afternoon filled with fun, creativity, and connection at the Ninewells Family Wellness Center. The event provided a joyful space for families to engage, explore creativity, and celebrate the unique talents of each child.
A Day Filled with Fun and Learning
The event was designed to create a memorable experience for children while encouraging them to express themselves and bond with family and friends. From engaging games to interactive storytelling sessions, every activity was crafted to spark joy and learning.
Parents and kids participated enthusiastically in games that encouraged teamwork, critical thinking, and laughter, making it a heartwarming experience for everyone involved. The storytelling sessions were another highlight, as children took turns narrating tales filled with imagination and creativity, captivating everyone in the room.
Showcasing Artistic Talent
One of the most exciting parts of the day was the announcement of the winners for Parenthrive’s Children’s Day Art and Storytelling Competitions. We received an outpouring of remarkable artwork and storytelling videos from children of various age groups, each submission reflecting a unique blend of creativity, color, and imagination. From vibrant illustrations to heartfelt narratives, every entry showcased the exceptional talent of our young participants.
The winners were recognized with certificates and prizes generously provided by our sponsors, including Sadeepa Bookshop, Panther, Nesh, The Sizzle, Philip Event, Fun Factory, The Brand Hub, Gloamrk, and Velona Cuddles. The joy on the children’s faces as they received their awards was truly priceless.
Celebrating All Participants
While we had winners, every participant was celebrated. Each child’s effort and enthusiasm were honored, and we’re thrilled to see the community spirit alive and thriving in our Parenthrive family. To showcase the incredible contributions, we’re creating a special video featuring all the artwork and storytelling videos submitted by our young participants. This video will serve as a tribute to their creativity and the magic of Children’s Day.
